What types of functionalities does your booking, accounting and customer system offer?
One of the main functions is to be able to keep a record of the clients with all their personal data, all their pathologies or ailments they have. Another of the functions is to be able to register all the services we have and that these clients can book them according to their interests. Another important function, which we use a lot, is the accounting register where we can have all the income, all the invoices, so that we can keep a good accounting register.

Can customers book directly from the application/web?
This is what customers use the most. We set up a service and the customers have different rates depending on the service they book. They can book at the time and on the days that best suit them if it is within their chosen tariff or workout package, which means that they have full management of the training sessions. We do not worry about that, and each client books at the time that suits them best.
-
What benefits are you getting from using this system?
The main benefit is the time we are saving due to having a calendar that marks all the training sessions. I work with a partner and at just a glance we know each of the training sessions we have in a very orderly way, and this is a huge time saver.

What advice would you give to other businesses like yours?
I would recommend them using an application like this one, in order to keep their accounting records, which I think is essential. I have been self-employed for a year and a half and at the beginning I did not really know what I was earning or what I had and had not. Being self-employed, you have to take into account the VAT, the VAT quarters, many insurances, many deductions, many things... and if you do not keep good accounting records, you really do not know where your business stands, if it is going well or not... so with an application like this you can have everything under control.

You have applied for the grants of the Digital Kit Programme, what other plans do you have for the future?
That is correct, at first, I applied for this grant to develop an application with all the strong points that I needed for my business, removing the weak points, and improving the things that are good for my business. Another thing I also wanted was for them to develop a website for me, which I do not yet have, so that I could expand geographically and take my service to additional areas, not only limiting myself to offering my services on-site, but also to online training or to additional places in Spain and the world.
