The ONE Platform connects startups, investors and other players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, fostering collaboration and facilitating access to key resources to boost business.
Spain currently has more than 7,000 active technology companies, generating around 100,000 new jobs each year. Moreover, at the end of 2024, 3,365 technology startups were registered, contributing with an economic impact of 790 million euros and 16,023 jobs per year. In this context, investment in startups has experienced significant growth, reaching 3.1 billion euros in 2024, representing an increase of 36% over the previous year.
In the world of entrepreneurship, collaboration is essential for success. To further enhance this collaborative environment, the Spanish Government has launched the National Entrepreneurship Office (ONE), a platform designed to support and connect all actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The ONE Platform defines an environment designed to foster cooperation and networking between people in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Each actor brings a unique perspective, enriching the ecosystem and creating an environment conducive to learning and co-creation. This collaborative approach not only benefits startups, but also strengthens the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a whole.
It invites everyone to be an active part of its community. Their voices, ideas and experiences are critical to the success of the initiative and to fostering a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem.
In this sense, it offers a series of key services for entrepreneurial development such as:
- Procedures: detailed information on procedures related to entrepreneurship and the creation of companies.
- Entrepreneurship Map: facilitates networking and collaboration between companies and other agents in the ecosystem.
- Self-diagnosis: tools to understand if you meet the necessary requirements to be certified as an emerging company, and/or to know the degree of maturity of the entrepreneurial process.
- Personalized events calendar: locate and save your reference events, networking or investment opportunities, among others.
- Exclusive content: information and updates on the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including posts, podcasts, infographics, monographs, etc.
- Access to programs: information and opportunities to participate in different initiatives and public and private support programs.
- Queries mailbox: resolution of doubts related to the startup law and the use of the platform.
