Cobardes y Gallinas, is a Spanish SME that has revolutionized the way top-quality free-range eggs are brought to the end consumer. Its eggs have not only won over thousands of families, but also prestigious chefs such as Dabiz Muñoz (DiverXO), Juanjo López (La Tasquita de Enfrente), and Rodrigo de la Calle (El Invernadero), who use them in their haute cuisine dishes.

Did you know that many companies took advantage of the pandemic to transform their business model and, as a result, are now very successful? Cobardes y Gallinas started at the end of 2019 and, in the beginning, it was restaurants that made them profitable. Sales to end consumers, on the other hand, were more of a channel for raising awareness and building the brand. But a few months later, the pandemic hit: restaurants closed and that avenue was blocked. So they seized the opportunity to boost B2C sales, reaching households directly.
